Even in town loveliness abounds
back on the farm ~ Lifting their heads to 80 degree Sunshine
darling babies making a bright statement
feeling regal in her splendor
for etva
who loved her in her "fall silverness" her new life begins again
growing wild in a neighboring farm pasture among the multi flora rose
because Spring is everywhere

Four years ago on March 19, 2008 we lost my oldest sister unexpectedly. We tried to rush to her home 3 hours away. But there was a driving snow storm ~ she was gone before we got there. So four years later, to the very day, I made up my mind to notice the day around me. Crystal blue sky, 84 degrees and blooms everywhere. I took so many more than I posted. But beauty and love abound and she, along with so many dear loved ones, are everywhere. Spring is officially here. And all their spirits live on.
